About our Community
Lake Villas is a beautiful 55+ Condo Community located in Holiday, Florida. Our community is situated on the border of Pinellas County and Pasco County and features a beautiful pond and lush landscape. With 197 units, our community offers a beautiful pool, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse. Many activities, including bingo, cards, pool games, carport parties, pancake breakfasts, and holiday celebrations, take place in our clubhouse.
In our area, you will find several grocery stores such as Publix, Winn Dixie, Aldi, and Save-A-Lot, as well as other great stores like Bealls, Walmart, Home Depot, Bealls Outlet, Big Lots, Dollar Tree, T.J. Maxx, and many more. We are just a few miles from the world-famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. For water lovers, there are many marinas within 5 miles to store your boat, and our beaches are exceptional. We are approximately 20 miles from Clearwater Beach and its white sand, and we also have several hidden local beaches such as Fred Howard Beach, Anclote River Beach, and Sunset Beach.
